A high-precision magnetic sensor, as well as an AF actuator, is built into the lens to provide an enhanced and reworked autofocus system that offers speed and precision in any situation.
The zoom ring now offers various levels of resistance throughout the zoom range that includes Lock, Tight, and Smooth.
